Agreement

These terms govern your use of sowthzide.com and anything you buy through it. The site is operated by Sowthzide Games Pvt Ltd (CIN U62099KL2025PTC095244), Ground Floor, Jesus Towers, Painkulam, Thodupuzha, Kumaramangalam part, Kerala 685608, India.

By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What we offer

• Studio services — web development, software, AI implementation and digital marketing — which are quoted and contracted separately. These terms do not replace a signed proposal or statement of work; where the two disagree, the signed document wins.
• Digital products sold on this site, delivered as a download, a licence key, or access to an area of the site.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think somebody else has access to it.

Give us accurate details. We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms, to infringe somebody’s rights, or to attack the site.

Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees, and how GST is shown depends on who is buying.

• Prices for individual and student products include GST. The figure on the page is the figure you pay.
• Prices for business and agency products are shown excluding GST, in line with normal business-to-business practice, and GST is added at checkout. The page states the total before you pay.

If you are buying as a GST-registered business and want to claim input tax credit, enter your GSTIN at checkout. We cannot add it to an invoice after the payment has been made.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details are handled by Razorpay under its own terms and are never stored by us. An order is confirmed only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us — not when your browser returns to the site.

Prices can change, but a change never applies to an order already paid for. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

Delivery of digital products

After payment is confirmed we email what you bought, or a link to it, to the address on the order. Please save the files once you have them.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then write to info@sowthzide.com with your payment reference and we will resend it. We answer within one working day.

Licence to use what you buy

Unless a product page says otherwise, buying a digital product gives you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide licence for a single team to use it on unlimited projects, including commercial ones. You may modify it and use it in work you deliver to your own clients.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the files themselves, in original or modified form, as a product competing with ours — whether free or paid. You may not share your download links or account access outside your team.

We keep ownership and all intellectual property in the products. You are buying a licence, not the copyright.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are covered in full by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

In short: digital products are final once downloaded or once a licence key is issued, and we refund in full for double charges, failed delivery, and goods that are faulty or materially different from their description. Claims within 7 days, to info@sowthzide.com.

Studio service engagements are cancelled and refunded according to the signed proposal for that project, not this section.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, infringe anybody’s rights, or interfere with how it runs. In particular, do not attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not yours, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or reverse engineer the parts that are not published.

Our content, and other people’s

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or to our clients, and are protected by copyright. Case studies show client work with their permission; those brands belong to them.

The site links to and can embed third-party websites. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change or withdraw any part of it, including products, at any time.

Digital products are provided as they are. We do not warrant that any product will meet a particular requirement or be compatible with every tool you use. Descriptions, formats and file sizes are given on each product page so you can judge that before buying.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim connected to a product is limited to what you paid for it.

Indemnity

If your use of the site or a product breaks these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thodupuzha, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, though we would much rather resolve it by email first.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that governs that order.
